Fight Direction

Rick and Christian share over 40 years of collective experience in the art of fight direction. With 80+ Broadway shows, 52 worldwide productions, dozens of operas worldwide, numerous TV shows and feature films, and awards including the Lucille Lortel’s Edith Oliver Award for Sustained Excellence and the Jeff Award for Best Fight Direction for Romeo and Juliet at Chicago Shakespeare Theater to their credit, they have the expert experience to take your production's fight scenes to the next level as either a full time member of your team or in a consultant capacity.

Instructional Teaching

Rick and Christian are both highly sought after first class-instructors. The have led hundreds of workshops and held faculty positions at: NYU, Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, Neighborhood Playhouse, Rutgers University, the New School, and Open Jar Institute.

You can currently find them at: Yale School of Drama, CUNY Harlem, CCNY, William Esper Studio, HB Studio and Montclair State University.

Play Direction

Along with their specialty of fight direction, Sordelet Inc. has also taken full direction of stage productions at theaters across the country. Most recently they directed Three Musketeers for the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival & Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey.

Stunt Coordination

With over 20 years of stunt coordination experience for TV, film and live action experiences, we pride ourselves in bringing your stunts to life in a manner that emphasizes safety to the highest standard. Recently, Rick served as stunt coordinator for the upcoming Julia Roberts film, "Ben is Back" and Christian worked on stunts for the film, "The Man in the Woods". In addition both Christian and Rick were stunt coordinators on CBS's hit show "Kevin Can Wait.”
